The standard set includes `continuity_preserved`, `continuity_degraded` and `continuity_broken`. Companion `continuity_score` is a numeric scalar in `[0, 1]`, declared in the published schema; the weighting and threshold construction that map a score to a decision value are proprietary and are not disclosed in this repository.
