Out of scope (so you know up-front)

The PoC is a hosted evaluation surface. It explicitly excludes production SLAs, multi-region deployment, BYOC / HSM-backed key custody, on-call incident response, and historical-audit-data migration. Those are Pilot / Annual Licence scope.
