The Research Program treats a published claim the way KYE Protocol™ treats a consequential action — it must be authorised by evidence before it ships. Each report runs an eight-stage rail: topic selection, governed source-gathering, synthesis under a no-hallucination gate, an Evidence Pack™, an Ed25519 seal, a single render to web and PDF, distribution, and public-key verification. The result is concrete, not a vibe:

  • No claim without a source — synthesis is gated; an unsourced sentence does not ship.
  • Evidence-sealed — every edition carries a signed Evidence Pack™, sealed over a published key.
  • Replay-Proof™ — a reader verifies the report against its sources from public keys alone, against NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act™.
