The KYE™ System Integrator™ track is the productised delivery arm of the partner programme. You bring the implementation capability and the customer relationship; KYE™ provides the published contracts, the conformance pack, the certified-engineer enablement, and the revocable badge. You bill your own services and earn a referral margin on the licence — you never resell the protocol's internals, and you never hold authority to bind KYE™. An SI is an implementation partner that delivers KYE Protocol™ deployments — pilot delivery, conformance-prep and certification-prep — for regulated enterprises. The SI bills its own implementation services; the KYE™ licence is sold separately and earns the SI a referral margin. **The boundary that keeps it defensible.** The SI integrates against the _published contracts_ — the schemas, the SDK, the [Conformance Pack](https://kyeprotocol.com/compliance/), and the [Evidence Pack™](https://kyeprotocol.com/evidence-pack/) verification surface (verifiable offline from published keys). The protocol's runtime internals, decision mechanism, pricing logic, other partners' commercials, and other tenants' evidence are never disclosed — to any partner, under any agreement. The SI holds no authority to bind KYE™, vary product terms, or issue warranties; any KYE-product commitment to a customer is in KYE™'s own contract. ## Three delivery-capability tiers The track is a capability ladder, not a commercial ranking. It confers no exclusive territory and no white-glove tier above the partner programme's Tier-3. Promotion is earned on proven, evidenced delivery. - **Associate** — entry tier, no platform fee. Name a certified delivery lead, execute the Mutual NDA, and deliver pilots and conformance-prep under tenant-segregated credentials. No public badge yet. Promotes to Certified on proven reference deployments. - **Certified** — the proven tier. Unlocks the **KYE-Certified System Integrator™** badge (certified state only), certified-engineer enablement, and the deal-registration portal. Requires at least two completed reference deployments plus professional-indemnity and public-liability insurance. - **Premier** — the scaled, multi-sector tier. Adds multi-sector certified capability, named-account governance, and a quarterly business review. Still no exclusivity; two consecutive missed reviews trigger a downgrade. ## The badge is a revocable licensed mark The KYE-Certified System Integrator™ badge renders only while at least one named delivery lead holds a current certification (the _certified_ state). It is suspended on certification lapse and revoked on a disclosure breach or a no-governance-compete breach, following the canonical badge state machine `draft → certified → suspended ↔ revoked`.
