Open Agent Governance Foundation™
Standardise the category, in the open.
A category endures when its formats are open. The Open Agent Governance Foundation™ is the working group that standardises Agentic Governance™. It ships 3 things: shared schemas, evidence-pack formats, and conformance tests. Authority decisions stay portable across vendors. They stay provable to regulators. This page is the charter and the call to join.
Agentic Governance ™ with Authority Finality ™ .
Charter
The Foundation exists to keep Agentic Governance™ open, interoperable, and regulator-legible. Its founding commitments:
- Open schemas — the evidence-pack, decision-map, and authority-resolution formats ship under an open licence. No vendor gate.
- Conformance, not lock-in — a conformance suite proves an implementation speaks the formats. Adopters keep the freedom to switch.
- Replay from public keys — a third party re-derives any sealed decision from public keys alone. Finality is verified independently.
- Regulator participation — supervisors take part as first-class members. The formats map to the frameworks they enforce.
Call for participation
The Foundation is forming its founding cohort of implementers, auditors, and regulators. Participation is open and obligation-light at this stage: review the charter, signal intent, and help shape the first conformance milestone. KYE Protocol™ contributes its reference implementation as a starting point, not as the final word.
Canonical KYE™ surfaces referenced on this page: KYE Protocol™.
